Stewie, when a stock breaks through support or resistance, is there a general rule ( like maybe a day) to confirm the break or do you trade it right away? And does it matter if it merely trades below/above the support/resistance or must it be a closing price? Thanks, Mr.G

if you are in a momentum, you gotta go with the breakout. I have been playing breakouts for the past 3 weeks. Look for breakouts, if volume is there to support the breakout, you follow it. take a look at most of recent stock picks, ACAS, FTK, HTE, GMXR. High volume breakouts kick starts momentum.
