Chart Destruction

Chances are very strong this market rally off the march lows is over. Or at the very least, the bulls will not be seen for a long while to come. Bears in 100% control now and probably the most they've had since the march lows. Now.......things will get very interesting!

A Penny Saved Is A Penny Earned

A member in the chat room earlier today was long NXTH (trading at $3.4 at the moment) and asked whether he should hold it or sell it. I told him without any question in my mind....i told him to sell it because "this stock is trouble". I have seen too many stocks like NXTH come and go. They trickle up everyday for weeks!! and then out of nowhere a nuclear bomb falls on the shareholders. Classic PUMP AND DUMP stock. AVOID these PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! You work too hard for your money to risk it chasing these kind of stocks. While the call to sell it didn't make him any money, think about how money is saved by selling it!!! A penny saved is a penny earned, a wise man(benjamin franklin) once said.

Chart update from a chart posted 2 days ago. The transports are a great barometer of market and economic strength or weakness. I will be watching the development of this pattern very closely. You should too.....

Running Out Of Steam

Eventually this pattern is gonna punch the bulls' throats and when it does it will shake things up in a major way! And to boot, it looks like the Transports are creating a potential double top pattern. Notice the noticeable divergence on the last move up and increasingly more evident hard selling near highs. Market looks to be headed for some turbulence here.
